If you (or your IT partner) performed a default installation of Synqup, a shortcut was generated on the desktop on the server or PC called "Start Synqup Authenticator".
Double click on the shortcut and follow the steps to login.
Note: use the credentials you use to log in to the Console (the user must be an administrator of the Console).
Was the installation performed without generating a shortcut?
Then go to the installation folder, by default under C:\Program Files (x86)\Synqup and launch the application SynqupAuthenticator.bat .
