Huel pouches are resealable to help keep the powder fresh after opening. If a Huel pouch will not reseal, the zipper track may have powder stuck in the seal.
Step 1: Clear the zipper track
Inspect the zipper track for any powder lodged in the seal.
Use a thin, non-sharp tool, such as a toothpick or the edge of a clean utensil, to carefully clear the zipper track on both sides.
Avoid using sharp objects, as sharp objects can damage the pouch seal.
Once the zipper track is clear, align both sides of the zipper track.
Press the zipper tracks together firmly along the entire length of the pouch to close the pouch.
Step 2: Test the seal
After cleaning the zipper track, close and reopen the Huel pouch a few times to check whether the zipper is working properly.
Step 3: Store the powder in an airtight container and contact us
If the Huel pouch still will not reseal after clearing the zipper track, transfer the product into an airtight, food-safe container to help maintain freshness.
