If your sauce sachet has no branding or labelling on it, this is a known cosmetic issue — not a food safety concern.
Due to tight production timelines during the launch, some sauce sachets in the Spicy Thai and Sweet Chilli Lite flavours were packed in blank, unprinted packaging. The sachet contents are correct and completely safe to use — this is purely a packaging print issue.
We expect this to be resolved for all orders from around September 2025. In the meantime, if you have any concerns about the product beyond the packaging — unusual smell, damaged seal, or anything else — say "talk to a human" and our team will help straight away.
