Why are scoops not included in every pouch?
Huel aims to minimize environmental impact by reducing unnecessary plastic usage. Since scoops are durable and reusable, they are not included with every pouch to avoid waste. If you already have a scoop from a previous order, you can continue using it for future pouches.
How to add scoops to a new order
If you are placing a new order and need a scoop, you can add one from the "Official Huel Merch" product page before checkout. This ensures you receive a scoop with your order.
How to add scoops to an existing subscription
For customers with an active subscription, scoops can be added to the next shipment. Simply navigate to the "Try more of the Huel range" section on your Huel Account homepage and select a scoop to include in your upcoming order.
Special cases: Amazon orders and Huel Greens
Amazon Orders: Scoops are not included with Huel products purchased on Amazon unless selected. If you do not have a scoop, you can measure servings by weight. For example, a full serving of Huel Black Edition is 90 g (about 3/4 cup) and provides 400 calories when mixed with 500 ml of cold water.
Huel Greens: Unlike other Huel products, the Huel Greens pouch always includes a scoop inside. For Huel Black Edition, scoops can be added to your order if needed.
What to do if a scoop is unexpectedly missing
