To apply for the Huel First Responders discount, you'll need to verify your emergency service employment through Beans iD.
Most first responders are verified instantly
Documentation is only required if automatic verification cannot be completed. Most Huel First Responders applicants are verified automatically and instantly.
Documentation Beans iD may request
If Beans iD needs additional documentation to verify your first responder status, you may be asked for one of the following:
First Responder ID badge — from your emergency service (Police, Fire, Ambulance, Coastguard, or Mountain/Cave Rescue)
Recent payslip — from your emergency service
Employment letter — official confirmation from your employer confirming your first responder role
Service certificate — official documentation confirming your employment with the service
Important to know
Beans iD reviews and approves your documentation — not Huel. If you're uncertain whether your documents will be accepted, or Beans iD has asked for additional documentation:
Contact Beans iD:
Help Centre: https://help.studentbeans.com/hc/en-us
Email: help@studentbeans.com
Huel cannot override Beans iD's document requirements or accept alternative documentation.
Beans iD's eligibility decision is final. Once verified, you'll be issued a unique discount code that you can use on Huel orders immediately. If Beans iD declines your application, Huel cannot issue a First Responders Discount code directly.
