How are the Daily Greens RTD and DAZ/Energy+ different?

Written by Jamie Forbes

Huel Daily Greens RTD (Ready-to-Drink) and Huel Daily A–Z Vitamins are both functional drinks that provide vitamins, minerals, and fibre — but they are designed for different purposes and have several key differences.

Key differences

  • Caffeine: Huel Daily A–Z Vitamins contains 100mg of caffeine per can for an energy boost. Huel Daily Greens RTD contains green tea extract which may contribute trace caffeine, but is not an energy drink and has not been tested for caffeine content

  • Ingredients: Huel Daily Greens RTD contains additional whole food ingredients not found in Huel Daily A–Z Vitamins, including kale puree, spinach, broccoli, cranberry juice, lion's mane mushroom, and other superfood and adaptogen ingredients

  • Sweetener: Huel Daily Greens RTD is sweetened with stevia and fruit juices. Huel Daily A–Z Vitamins is sweetened with sucralose

  • What they have in common: Both provide fibre and a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals

Which one is right for me?

  • Choose Huel Daily Greens RTD if you want a wellness-focused supergreens drink with real food ingredients and no caffeine boost

  • Choose Huel Daily A–Z Vitamins if you want a caffeinated energy drink with vitamins and minerals
