Huel RTD (Ready-to-Drink) is a pre-mixed, nutritionally complete meal in a 500ml bottle. All flavours share a common base of ingredients, with minor variations per flavour.

Core ingredients (all flavours)

  • Water

  • Pea Protein (plant-based protein source)

  • Tapioca Starch

  • Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil

  • Gluten-Free Oat Flour

  • Ground Flaxseed

  • Soluble Vegetable Fibre (Chicory, Corn)

  • Micronutrient Blend (26 vitamins and minerals)

  • Natural Flavourings

  • Brown Rice Flour

  • Medium-Chain Triglyceride (MCT) Powder (from Coconut)

  • Thickener: Gellan Gum

Sweeteners by flavour

  • Sucralose: Vanilla, Banana, Berry

  • Stevia (Enzymatically Produced Steviol Glycosides + Steviol Glycosides from Stevia) + Coconut Sugar: Cinnamon Swirl, Iced Coffee Caramel, Salted Caramel, Strawberries & Cream, Chocolate, Chocolate Brownie

Flavour-specific additions

  • Chocolate & Chocolate Brownie: Cocoa Powder (1.5%), Sea Salt

  • Salted Caramel: Sea Salt (0.1%), Cocoa Powder

  • Iced Coffee Caramel: Instant Coffee Powder (0.3%) — contains 65mg caffeine per bottle

Allergens

All flavours contain Oat (highlighted in bold on the label). All flavours may contain mustard.

Huel RTD is vegan and gluten-free (made with no gluten-containing ingredients). It is not suitable for individuals with PKU (Phenylketonuria), children under 4 years of age, or those following a strict low-FODMAP diet.
