Huel Joins Danone

This announcement applies to all Huel customers and subscribers across all product ranges, including Huel Powder, Black Edition, Hot & Savoury, and RTD (Ready-to-Drink).

Huel has agreed to join Danone, a global food and beverage company. Since launching in 2015, Huel has remained committed to improving the health of people and the planet through complete, convenient nutrition. This mission remains the same, and the partnership with Danone allows Huel to scale faster, improve products, and reach more people globally.

What this means for customers

There are currently no changes for customers. You can continue using Huel exactly as you do today.

  1. Huel Products: No changes are planned for the product range or recipes.

  2. Huel Prices: No price changes are planned as a result of this partnership.

  3. Huel Subscriptions: Existing subscriptions remain unaffected and will process as scheduled.

  4. Orders and Deliveries: Order fulfillment and delivery services will continue as normal.

  5. Account Details: No action is needed regarding your Huel account or login information.

Why Danone?

Danone is a global company operating in over 120 markets with a long history in nutrition and health. This partnership gives Huel access to:

Will Huel change?

No. Huel remains the same brand, managed by the same team and leadership, with the same product philosophy. This partnership is about expanding the reach of Huel, not changing the brand identity.

B Corp status

Huel’s B Corp status remains unchanged. Danone is also B Corp certified at a global level (since 2025), and both companies share a commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.

When will this happen?

The agreement is currently subject to regulatory approvals. There are no immediate changes, and Huel will provide confirmation once the process is complete.
