As you may know we integrate with Guestline to push your payment and revenue to Rezlynx but we also have a feature that will allow you to create a booking in Guestline that will drop directly into your Trybe calendar with the client’s details! You can watch the video above to understand how the integration works with our system.
To enable this feature, please contact us and we will activate it for you.
Once this is activated on our side, you will be able to add the various rate plans you want to link to your appointment types. Please refer to the section below for instructions on how to add a rate plan.
When everything is set up, you will be able to track these orders made in Guestline via the Notifications bell too!
How to add Guestline rate plans?
By heading to Settings > Integrations > Manage integrations > Guestline > Scroll down to the "Package codes" section. From here, you will be able to set up your rate plan yourself:
Package code: Enter the rate plan you want in this section. For example,
SPRING20.Appointment type: Select the appointment type you want to link to that rate plan from your appointments list.
Discount type (optional): Select the discount you want to apply. This is optional, so you can leave it blank if you do not wish to add a discount to your rate plan.
Once the above sections are completed, click Add package code. The rate plan will then appear below under Configured package codes.
All your listed rate plans will display the rate plan code in bold, the appointment type it is linked to below, and any discount applied next to it. This allows you to see which rate plan has been created, for which appointment, and which discount (if any) is associated with it.
You can remove a rate plan by clicking the bin icon to the right of the rate plan.
