How do I find a pending request?
Log into Trackunit Manager
Navigate to the top right corner of your global navigation bar
Next to your user name, click on the inbox icon
Click on one of the pending requests
Proceed with Approving share visibility request
Proceed with Support access request
Note: Only users with Admin or Fleet admin roles will see the notifications icon, as visibility sharing requests and support access requests are only available to users with admin roles.
