Resolve a service on an asset in Trackunit Manager
Log in to Trackunit Manager
Navigate to the Service Management app
Click on the asset that requires service
Go to the Service tab and scroll down to the Upcoming Services section
Click Resolve at the lower right of the card of the service you want to mark as completed
Select Perform (or Skip)
Select the date for when the service was completed. You cannot select a future date
(Optional) Add notes in the text field and/or upload documents by clicking Upload documents
Click Perform (or Skip) to confirm
The service will now be logged as performed (or skipped) in the Service History.
If it is a recurring service, then the next service will be shown in the Upcoming Services section.
Resolve a service in the Trackunit Go app:
Log in to the Trackunit Go app on your mobile or tablet
Navigate to Assets in the bottom menu
Select the asset that needs a service resolved
Scroll down to Service Management
Tap the service you would like to resolve
Tap Resolve
Optional: Add notes in the text field, Upload documents and/or Take photos
Tap Performed and confirm with Yes in the pop-up menu
The service will now be logged as performed in the Service History.
If it is a recurring service, then the next service will be shown in the list of services under Service Management in the previous screen.
