Self-managed service means – that customers are mostly responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting issues related to the server as they are the administrator of their own server. Time4VPS will ensure that any network issue caused by a data center fault is resolved promptly. Customers can install desirable Linux or Windows operating system from the client area after successful server provisioning.
Regarding system backups: we provide daily and weekly (last Friday) offsite backups. Backup copies can be restored on the business day from 8:30 AM to 22:00 PM GMT +3. Information about how to order backup restoration can be found here.
