Follow the steps below to perform Emergency Console activation.
Login to the Clients Portal;
At the top of the page select the “My Services > VPS” tab;
Press the “Manage” button;
Choose the “Emergency Console” button on the left;
Select how many hours you want to activate Web Console and press “Launch Emergency Console”.
Wait for 5 minutes and refresh the Emergency Console window, you should see the URL. Log in with the “root” user password. More information about what can be done with a server on Clients Portal in our community forum.
