Please make sure to submit your case with the accident form. A filled-in accident form is mandatory for the case submission to insurance.
Our insurance partners will investigate the case with all the parties involved, and may contact you directly if they need additional information.
Please note that the insurance usually needs between 4 and 6 weeks to review the claim and to get in touch with the involved parties.
