If you have an open safety claim or support ticket with TIER, this will remain on the TIER app and can not be transferred on the Dott app. The same applies for Dott.


Dott and TIER support will remain separate in order to give you specialised assistance. If you have specific questions or safety concerns, please contact the Support team of the company concerned.
