Once TIER vehicles are available via the Dott app in your city, you’ll no longer be able to rent vehicles from the TIER app in that area.

However, you’ll still be able to access your ride history, invoices, and support in the TIER app for a period of time.

You’ll also still be able to ride TIER in other cities. We’ll tell you in the TIER app when riding isn’t possible in your location but, as always, if you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Support team of the company concerned.
