Futures Instant Platforms & Trading Conditions

Platforms, market data, instruments and trading hours for Futures Instant, plus what your dashboard shows.

Which Platforms Can I Use, And Can I Change Later?

Futures Instant is supported on ATAS, Quantower, Volsys, R|Trader Pro, Tradovate, NinjaTrader and TradingView. You choose your platform at checkout, and your market data provider is assigned automatically:

  • Rithmic — R|Trader Pro.

  • Tradovate — Tradovate and NinjaTrader.

  • dxFeed — all other supported platforms.

Once your account is created, the platform and data provider can't be changed.

Sierra Chart, MotiveWave, Jigsaw and VolFix are compatible but unsupported: you can use them with your own licence, but we don't provide platform support or licence management for them.

What Market Data Is Included?

CME Group Level 1 data (CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX) is included at no extra cost. At checkout you can upgrade to:

  • CME Level 2 data, or

  • CME Group Level 2 data (CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX).

The price of each upgrade is shown at checkout and in your order summary.

Which Instruments Can I Trade?

CME Group futures listed on CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX, in Mini and Micro contracts — within your account's contract limits.

What Are The Trading Hours?

The trading session runs from 17:00 CT to 15:55 CT. Futures Instant is intraday only, so any position still open at the end of the session is closed automatically.

What Does My Dashboard Show?

Your real-time dashboard displays your key account metrics, including Maximum Drawdown, Daily Pause, Profit Target (including the Consistency Rule) and Trading Days, giving you a clear view of your progress as you trade.

How Do I Connect To My Platform?

Follow the setup guide for the platform you chose at checkout:

All Futures Instant trading is on a demo account.

To connect, log in to your chosen platform with the demo credentials The Trading Pit sends you — your login/username, password and the server (system) to connect to.

Use the connection guide for your platform, and the vendor’s own help for using the platform itself:

Choosing your connection — when a platform asks which system or server to connect to, choose The Trading Pit’s connection. For Rithmic, select The Trading Pit gateway specifically — not a generic Rithmic system — so you’re routed to the correct servers with your demo account.

If login fails — first check you’re using the correct credentials and server for your account; if it still fails, contact our Trader Support team.
