Trading Device, IP & Network Policy

How you may access and trade your accounts, so activity stays fair and independent. Applies to all The Trading Pit products.

This policy applies to all The Trading Pit products.

It sets out how you may access and trade your accounts, and helps us prevent shared or coordinated activity.

What’s Required

Personal Device Only — all trading must be carried out from a personal device used exclusively by the account holder. Sharing a device with other individuals is not permitted.

One Account Per IP / Network — accessing multiple accounts from the same IP address or network is not allowed. Shared IP usage is treated as a risk indicator for linked or coordinated trading. We may assess it on its own or alongside other signals — such as trading behaviour, execution patterns and account-linkage indicators — when deciding whether a breach has occurred.

What’s Allowed

Any Location And Network — you may connect from any location and use different networks, such as home Wi-Fi or mobile data.

VPN — VPN usage is permitted, provided it isn’t used to enable shared access or to mask coordinated activity.

Consequences

Non-compliance may result in an account review and can lead to account termination.
