Rank order

What is the rank order and where to find it

Updated over a year ago

The rank order refers to the order of each purchase made by your customers on your shop.

All #1 orders are referring to the first orders from new customers (acquisition sales).

All #2 and above orders are referring to returning customers coming for second, third (and above) purchases.

In most of the Quanticfy dashboards, you can filter the data by order rank. This allows you to compare acquisition sales with engagement sales coming from returning customers.

You can know how much repeat purchases are generating in revenue over time by looking at your LTV data (in the LTV by channel, LTV by cohort and the LTV share of new vs returning customer dashboards).
