Make the best out of Meta and other medias with Quantic Side

When Quantic Side identifies a visitor as a “Customer” on your website, it adds a set of information to all events sent to your Media platforms.

Available information:

  • Number of purchases: quantic_customer_purchases_count

  • Lifetime Value: quantic_customer_purchases_total

  • Average basket: quantic_customer_purchases_cart_avg

Number of purchases

The count of all placed orders.

Property name: quantic_customer_purchases_count

Potential values:

  • undefined if the event is not linked to a known email address

  • 0 if is a prospect

  • 1 for a new purchaser

  • >1 for a repeat purchaser

Lifetime Value

The sum of all turnover, after taxes and discounts, without shipping

Property name: quantic_customer_purchases_total

Potential values:

  • undefined if the event is not matched to a known email address

  • any number if the event is matched

Average Basket

The sum of all turnover, after taxes and discounts, without shipping

Divided by the count of placed orders.

Property name: quantic_customer_purchases_cart_avg

Potential values:

  • undefined if the event is not matched to a known email address

  • any number if the event is matched

Predicted Lifetime Value

Upon request only

The expected final Lifetime Value of the contact, after taxes and discounts, without shipping
