Track the progress of an evaluation campaign and its results in a dashboard

Updated over 3 months ago

You can display your evaluation campaign on a dashboard to monitor its progress.

⚠️ Internal indicators are updated every night on Tenacy.

This is therefore normal if you do not have the correct data in your dashboard as soon as a change is made on Tenacy.

Creating the dashboard

Once the evaluation has been launched, you have several choices depending on the elements you want to track.

Click on Dashboards > Add a dashboard (if you want to start from scratch) or click on an existing dashboard > Add a block.

You have several options in terms of blocks:

  • Perimeters and groupings

  • Evaluation campaigns

  • Policies

Evaluation campaigns

Monitoring a single campaign

From the moment your campaign is launched, you can create 1 dashboard block for :

  • monitoring the policy's declarative score for the campaign

  • the campaign completion rate

🔎 The declarative score evolves as the evaluation of a policy is completed. You therefore have the information even before the evaluation is submitted and validated

Note that you will only have a declarative score if your campaign includes a policy.

Tracking all campaigns

You can also track all the existing evaluation campaigns in your environment by selecting All campaigns. Several indicators can be selected:

  • The average declarative score

  • The number of assessments submitted

  • The total number of evaluations

  • The average capture rate

Perimeters et groupings

From Perimeters et groupings : you will be able to follow the declarative score of each perimeter that has carried out at least one evaluation campaign.

Policies

From Policies : you will be able to follow the declarative score of the policy evaluated in your evaluation. You can refine your monitoring by group of measures.
