🔎 To access this functionality, it is necessary to carry out an initial evaluation campaign including a questionnaire on one of your internal perimeters, applications or suppliers.
🚨It is not possible to take advantage of the “copy previous responses” functionality if the second campaign concerns another perimeter/another questionnaire.
You can always use the XLS export of the answers from the first evaluation and import the latter (after adjustment in your file) into the second evaluation.
Go to 'contributions' to answer the evaluation. The solution will automatically ask you to copy the previous answers.
All you have to do is adjust the answers if necessary!
This functionality is particularly useful if you regularly evaluate suppliers or scopes.
