Adding labor costs to Tebi

You can do it manually by the total labor cost, manually by adding the individual labor costs of various teams, or by integrating with Eitje (a staff planning tool).

Enter labor costs in Tebi manually

Add labor costs for your entire business or enter your costs by team.

To enter for the entire business:

1. Go to the Tebi app and select Labor costs in the navigation

2. Here you will find a list of all past days

3. Click the plus button to add the total labor costs for today

4. Select a previous day to add the total labor costs for a previous day

5. The labor costs in the table will display for the day.

6. To see the labor costs in a chart go Dashboard > Staff tab. Please note that the time horizon needs to be set to one week or greater to view the costs in the chart.

Adding labor costs manually per team

  1. Go to the Tebi app and select Labor costs in the navigation

  2. Select Teams in the top right corner

  3. Click the plus button to add a team

  4. Add the team name, select the users in the system and toggle on if you want the team’s labor costs to be included in the labor cost percentage. Some teams like Kantoor are often not included in the labor cost percentage by the owner.

  5. Go back to the Labor Cost overview.

  6. Select a day to add a labor cost to.

  7. Here you can now add the labor cost for the employee in the team. Add the hours worked and hourly labor cost per employee.

Add labor costs via the Eitje integration

First, set up Eitje to send cost data to Tebi. Labor costs are pulled into Tebi from Eitje every morning. These costs will only be visible the day after you enable the integration.

Remove a team’s costs from the labor costs reporting

To remove a team’s costs from the labor cost reporting e.g. the office:

  • Go to the Tebi App > Labor Costs

  • Select Teams in the top right navigation

  • Edit the team that has been imported from Eitje

  • In the popover there is a toggle to include the team in the Labor Cost Percentage. Switch this off to not include the team in the costs.

View labor costs in Tebi

To view the labor cost chart and report in the Back Office, go to Insights > Labor Costs.

Daily labor costs will also appear in the Day Overview. Go to Insights > Day Overview in the Back Office or go directly to the Day Overview in the Tebi App.
