There are various set tipping options available on your terminal.
To adjust these on your terminals go to the Back Office > Terminals > Overview > Tipping on terminals.
Choose if you want to enable tipping upon payment by turning on the toggle.
Set tipping options:
Allow a custom tip amount: allows the customer to choose an amount to tip.
Percentages (e.g. 5%, 10%, 15%) or
Fixed amounts (e.g. €0.50, €1, €1.50)
Note: you can select up to 3 tipping options.
After adjusting the tipping options, wait 15 minutes and then restart the terminals for the changes to take effect.
Tipping threshold
Do you want to ask guests for the tipping option but only when their sale is above a certain amount? Set this up in the Tebi App:
Log into the Tebi App
Go to Menu > Settings > Preferences > Ask for tip on payment terminal > Enable > Set the ‘Sale amount threshold’ to the amount you want.
