What are the benefits of using Users in Tebi?

1. More security and accountability

  • User management allows you to control who can access sensitive functions. You can create users and assign a role to control what each user can access. You can grant your accountant access to financial data by creating an Owner-role account, giving them the reporting visibility they need without compromising operational control.

    • This prevents unauthorized access to financial data, reports, and critical settings.

  • Ensuring that staff members only have permissions appropriate to their responsibilities. Each user logs in with their own PIN or email credentials,

    • This creates a clear trail of who performed which actions in your system.

2. More efficiency in operations

  • You can give your floor staff the ability to take orders and process payments without letting them access back-office functions, financial reports, or system settings. Managers can handle daily operations and team oversight without being able to modify critical business configurations.
