Set up Tebi Payments

To set up Tebi Payments

  • Log in to your account

  • Click the Set up Tebi Payments button


Fill in all required information for the Adyen KYC

Company Details

You will need the following:

  • Business Address

  • VAT Number (BTW)

  • Chamber of Commerce number (KvK)

Steps to take

To prepare your account, we need information about your business and the decision-makers. Start with providing company details:

  1. Click on Company details

  2. Check whether the correct company name and country are filled in, correct if needed. Click Next

  3. Check whether the correct company structure is selected, correct if needed. Click Next

  4. Check whether the correct Trading name is filled in, correct if needed

  5. Enter the Chamber of Commerce registration number

  6. Enter EU VAT number. Click Next

  7. Enter your company address. Click Next

  8. Verify the entered data in summary

Decision Makers

You will need the following:

  • Person(s) with ownership of the company

  • Person(s) with authorisation to make major business decisions

  • Person(s) with authorisation to sign contracts on behalf of the company

  • ID or Passport of the above mentioned people
    - physical;
    - non-expired;
    - when applicable; machine-readable zone visible if available;
    - when applicable; if there is an available field for a signature in the document, it must be signed;

  • Smartphone

Steps to take

Provide the information of the owners and/or controlling persons, and signatories in your company. Keep in mind that one person may hold multiple roles.

Note: it is required to add at least:

  • one owner and/or controlling person; and

  • one signatory

  1. Click on Decision-makers

  2. Click the +Add decision-maker button

  3. Select one, or more, role(s) applicable for the decision-maker you are adding

  4. Enter details of the decision-maker. Click Next

  5. Enter the address of decision-maker either through the search address function or manually. Click Next

  6. Select Instant verification or Manual upload. Click Next

  7. For Instant verification, select country that issued the identification

  8. Select the type of identification you are going to use

  9. Click Continue on phone-button

  10. Click the Get secure link-button

  11. Scan the QR code with your smartphone and open the webpage it refers to

  12. On your smartphone tap the Take photo-button

  13. Take a photo of the front of the identification you are using

  14. Tap Use photo

  15. Tap Re-do or Upload

  16. Repeat these steps for the back of the identification if this is required. This depends on the type of identification used

  17. When the upload is successful, you can continue on the device you were using previous

  18. Click the Submit verification-button. Click Next

  19. Check the summary if all the entered data is correct

  20. Click the Submit-button

  21. If another decision-maker is needed, you can repeat steps 2-20

  22. When all adding decision-makers are added and submitted completely, click Save and Go to overview-button

Payout Details

You will need the following:

  • Smartphone with banking app or website

Steps to take

Provide the information of where you would like to receive your pay-outs.

  1. Click on Payout details

  2. Choose between Verify the account via mobile bank app or bank website or Provide account details and upload a scan of a bank statement. Click Next

  3. For the first mentioned method, Tink will assist verifying your bank account, through your banking app or website

  4. Afterwards you are automatically redirected to the Tebi Payments onboarding environment. Click Next

  5. Check if the filled in the summary is correct

  6. Click Continue

Sign Services Agreement

You will need the following

  • Fully completed the decision-maker steps

Steps to take

To complete this process, review and sign the Services Agreement:

  1. Click Sign services agreement

  2. Read the Processor Terms & Conditions

  3. Select the person to sign under Signer

  4. Accept the terms and conditions

  5. Click Sign

PCI DSS Questionnaire

You will need the following

  • To have completed adding decision-makers

Steps to take

To complete this process, review and sign the PCI DSS Questionnaire.

  1. Click PCI DSS questionnaire

  2. Read the questions

  3. Select the person to sign under Signer

  4. Click to confirm you acknowledge and agree

  5. Click Sign
