There are two ways to sign in to the Tebi App:
With the Google or Apple account or email and password used for your Tebi account, or
By scanning a QR code provided on the device you are signing in to. Signing in by e-mail is not available on payment terminals.
Sign in via QR code
Use your phone to quickly authenticate and access Tebi on your device (tablet, screen, terminal).
Step-by-step instructions:
Tap Sign in via QR code on the sign-in screen.
Scan the QR code displayed on your device using your phone's camera.
Follow the browser link that opens on your phone.
Check that the unique code on your phone matches the code on your device.
Confirm the code shown on the terminal matches the one on your phone or tablet. If it does, then confirm access to log the terminal in. If the code does not match, please contact us straight away at support@tebi.co.
Tap Confirm.
If you've previously signed in to Tebi, you'll be logged in automatically.
If this is your first time, continue to the email sign-in steps below.
Sign in with your email address
Sign in directly using your email credentials or Google account.

Enter your email address and password or follow the prompts to authenticate using your Google or Apple account.
