You can export your notes and referrals from Tandem as PDF files. Every PDF export can carry your clinic's logo and header, and your own signature, so documents look the same whoever produces them.

Open the note or referral you want to export.

Open the export menu and select PDF.

Clinic admins manage the logo and header for the whole clinic. Sub-clinics use the parent clinic's logo and header by default.

Go to clinic settings and open Logotype and PDF header.

Upload your clinic's logo, or edit the header text.

Every clinician sets their own signature.

Go to personal settings, or edit your signature while exporting a PDF.

💡 Keep in mind: Clinic admins manage the logo and header. Each clinician manages their own signature.
