Overview
After you have created and built your template you need to activate it to make it accessible for use within your clinic.
When activating your template you can also decide who should have access to use the template.
Access options:
Everyone at clinic
Everyone at your clinic will be able to use the template for patient encounters. Please note that only clinic administrators will be able to make edits to the template.
Specific professions
This will make the template only visible to users with the professions you pick to give access to.
Only me
The template will be available for use only by you. Clinic administrators will still be able to view and edit it.
Template statuses:
Only visible to clinic admins. Cannot be used for patient encounters.
Available to be used for patient encounters, either by the full clinic or selected professions.
The template has been edited, but those edits have not been applied. Users continue to use the lastest activated version.
