Why are the numbers under 'Driver' on the dashboard shown in percentages, and how should it be interpreted?

On the dashboard page of the Talenthub platform, you will be able to obtain an overview of your performance by driver. The driver framework is an essential aspect of our product that will help you understand and classify your recruitment performance.

Understanding the connection between questions, drivers, and performance analysis is crucial for optimizing your use of the Talenthub platform.

All the metrics under the 'Driver' overview on the dashboard are shown in percentage format. This is not something that can be changed, unfortunately.

However, in order to interpret this data, you will need to move the decimal point once to the left, and then you have the score on a 0-10 point scale instead of a percentage format.

Below is an example:

fx 81.7 % --> 8.1 points
