Tags are used to categorize and group qualitative data from your respondents. Comment tags can be used across the entire organization or for personal use only - depending on your needs.

When you review feedback on your Talenthub platform, you will at times spot trends within your comments that you may want to group together in order to understand the overall sentiment and deep dive into key trends and pain points for your respondents. Comment tags make it easy to analyze quantitative data and locate actionable insights in order to drive change management internally at your organization.

There are no limits to the number of tags you can create and use within the platform.

How do other organizations categorize their data?

A typical way of categorizing data is by looking at positive and negative sentiments. Other commonly used tags are interview experience, process, communication, hiring manager feedback, recruiter feedback, suggestions for improvements, and many more! Talk to your Customer Success Manager if you want more tips and tricks on using tags within your organization.

Shared tags

Shared tags are available for all Talenthub users in your organization. If you apply a shared tag to a comment, everyone else will see the same tag applied and will also be able to filter based on that tag.

Shared tags can only be created by admin users. Users who have view+create access can add shared tags to comments but cannot delete, rename, or add new shared tags.

Personal tags

Personal tags are only available for you and are tied to your unique user profile. No other user can see the personal tags you create, and other users cannot filter based on a personal tag that you have applied to any of the comments inside the platform.
