The global benchmark is calculated by taking the average of the different scores from every organisation on the talenthub platform and then calculating the overall average.

Industry Benchmark 🏢
The industry benchmark is calculated by considering the overall average scores of organizations in specific industries. This benchmark allows you to compare your data with organizations operating in the same industry as yourself, providing industry-specific insights.
