"Personal ID" is a national ID number that some countries require on official driver reports. When it's filled in, Tachogram includes it on the country-specific reports that need it, such as a Record of Activities / Working Hours report, alongside the driver's name.
"Email" is where Tachogram sends that driver's own report if your company sets up a scheduled report for them. If this field is left blank, Tachogram falls back to the email address on the driver's own Tachogram account instead, where one exists.
