You can turn off automatic charging for any payment method you've added, without removing it from your account.
👤 Available for:
Company accounts - Admin users
Personal accounts
Follow these steps to turn off automatic payments:
Settings → Payments
Find the payment method marked as active in the "Automatic payments" column.
Switch the "Automatic payments" toggle off
for that payment method.
Your card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay will no longer be charged automatically when a new invoice is issued.
🔔If you have a personal account, this also stops your subscription from renewing, since a personal account's access depends on automatic payments staying on.
