What is the "Events" section for? — driver's page

The "Events" section brings together everything the tachograph automatically noted about a driver in one place, so you don't have to gather it from separate reports yourself.

👤 Available for:

  • Company account (Admin and Manager):
Drivers → select driver → Events

  • Company account (Driver users) and Personal accounts:
     Tachograph data → Events

Features

See all your events in one place

Every event the tachograph recorded for this driver shows up in a single table, in the order it happened — you don't need to open several reports or files to see what took place.

Check exactly when each event started and ended

Every event has a Start and End time, so you can match it to a specific shift or route you're looking into.

Understand what happened with a short description

Each event includes a Description field that states what it involves, so you're not left guessing what a label or code means.

Know which vehicle was involved

Every event shows the Vehicle the driver was using at the time. Because the vehicle is shown right in the row, you can tell where an event happened without opening that vehicle's own file to check.

You don't create these rows yourself — the tachograph writes them onto the driver's card automatically whenever it detects one of a fixed set of situations, such as a card conflict or a power supply interruption. The list shows the newest event first.

This can work as evidence during a roadside or company inspection, since it shows exactly when a flagged event took place and which vehicle it happened on. It can also help you catch a recurring problem, like the same fault showing up on more than one day, before it grows into something bigger.

Events and faults are tracked separately: this section covers events, and a "Faults" section, just below it in the driver's menu, covers fault entries the same way.
