If you collect your tachograph (.DDD) files with TachoSync on your Teltonika devices, you can have those files sent to Tachogram automatically, without any manual uploads.
With this integration every new file TachoSync collects is automatically delivered to Tachogram.
All you need to do is:
Generate an email address.
Paste email into TachoSync.

Generate an email address
Go to Tachogram.
Go to
Settings -> 
Integrations
Select the Teltonika integration.
On the left-hand side, click the Generate button.
An address will appear. Click Copy to Clipboard.
Next, you will paste this email into TachoSync.

Go to TachoSync.
Open Companies in the left menu.
Click the name of the company whose files you want to send
(for example, My Company Name).
In the panel that opens on the right, select the Email transfer tab.
Click + Add new.
Paste the generated email address.
Under File format, select .DDD (the file format Tachogram reads).
Click the Add button at the bottom.
Once a file is downloaded from the tachograph, it's automatically sent to Tachogram — usually within a couple of minutes.
✅ If you have several companies (or sub-companies) in TachoSync, repeat from step 3, for each company.
That is it — no more manual uploads. From now on, every tachograph file TachoSync collects from the company is automatically emailed to Tachogram and stored there, ready to view and analyse.
