What is the "WTD" section for?

The WTD section, found on the driver's page, helps you keep track of a driver's working hours in line with the Working Time Directive.

It gives you a clear, day-by-day view of the hours worked, so you can stay on top of compliance without digging through separate reports.

👤Available for:

  • Company accounts:

    • Admin and Manager users: Drivers → select a driver → WTD

    • Driver user: Tachograph data → WTD

  • Personal account: Tachograph data → WTD

Features

Check working hours for any date range

Whether you need a quick look at last week or a full overview spanning several months, you decide the timeframe. Just set a "From" and "To" date, and the section adjusts instantly to show exactly the period you're interested in, no need to scroll through unrelated data to find what you need.

See hours broken down by day and week

Every working day, from Monday to Sunday, is laid out clearly and grouped by week. This makes it simple to spot patterns, catch unusually long or short days, and understand at a glance how hours are distributed throughout each week, without piecing information together yourself.

View weekly and average totals at a glance

No need to pull out a calculator. Alongside the daily figures, you'll find the total hours worked each week and the average hours per week across your selected range, giving you the bigger picture in seconds.

Check your own hours as a driver

As a driver, your working hours are always within reach. Whether you use a personal account or a driver user under a company, you can check your own hours directly, whenever you need to, without waiting on anyone else: Tachograph data → WTD

Or, check hours for any driver in your company

Managing a team means staying on top of everyone's hours, not just one. As a company or manager user, you can view this same detailed breakdown for each of your drivers, so you always have a clear, complete picture of your whole team's working hours in one place: Drivers → select a driver → WTD
