Features
Detect infringements automatically
Every infringement is detected automatically from the driver's tachograph data.
As soon as a driver's activity does not meet a legal requirement, the system identifies it and adds it to the list. You don't have to go through the raw data yourself or know every regulation by heart, we handle that part for you.
Classify infringements by severity
Each infringement is assigned a severity level: minor, serious, very serious, or most serious. The severity level reflects how far the driver's activity deviates from the legal requirement. This helps you quickly understand how significant an issue is and decide which infringements need your attention first.
Filter infringements by severity and date
You can filter infringements by severity level and choose a specific date range to look into. This makes it easy to focus on the infringements that matter most to you, whether you're reviewing a single day or checking a driver's history over several months.
Check potential fines
For each infringement, you can see the potential fine based on the regulatory requirements of the selected country. This gives you a clear picture of the financial risk behind each issue, so you can weigh the cost of inaction and prioritize accordingly.
Link infringements to the relevant regulation
Every infringement is linked to the specific regulation and article it relates to. Instead of searching through legal texts on your own, you get a direct reference to the rule that applies, along with a short explanation of what it requires.
Add comments for context
Drivers and managers can add comments to any infringement. This makes it easy to explain a situation, add context, or note any steps taken to resolve it, keeping a clear record for future reference.
