How to open
To open a vehicle's home page:
Go to
Vehicles.
Search and find the vehicle from the list.
Click on a vehicle's registration number.
Vehicle information
On this page, you can see the following details about the vehicle:
Registration number
VIN number
Tachograph model
Next calibration date
Features
Check the registration number and VIN
The registration number and VIN number are shown at the top of the page.
These two details help you confirm you're looking at the right vehicle, especially if you manage a large fleet with many similar vehicles. You can use either number to quickly match this vehicle to your own records or to a physical vehicle in front of you.
Check the tachograph model
The tachograph model tells you which type of tachograph is installed in this vehicle. This is useful when you need to check compatibility, or confirm which tachograph version applies to this vehicle.
Track tachograph calibration
The next calibration date shows you when this vehicle's tachograph is due for its next calibration.
Keeping track of this date helps you plan maintenance ahead of time and avoid missing a required calibration, which is important for staying compliant with tachograph regulations.
