Uploading tachograph files with the mobile app is quick and easy when you have a compatible card reader connected to your phone.
The app downloads the files from your driver card and uploads them to Tachogram at the same time, so your data is saved in the system. In this guide, we’ll show you how to do it step by step.
⚠️ Mobile app only. Tachograph card data can only be downloaded this way — using the Tachogram mobile app with a compatible card reader connected to your phone. A card reader connected directly to a PC cannot be used to download tachograph data; browser security restrictions prevent this.
✅ Downloading or uploading?
Both. The app downloads the files from your driver card and uploads them to Tachogram.
Step by Step
On your mobile phone, open the Tachogram app.
Log into your account.
Press the cloud icon button
at the bottom right.
Plug in a card reader (compatible with our mobile app and your device).
Read more about supported devices and card readers here.Place your driver card in the card reader.
Press 'Download' in the app.
Wait for the download to finish and safely remove your card reader.
