How to view and download tachograph driver card files

If you want to keep a personal copy of your driver card files, Tachogram makes it easy to download them whenever you like.

Tachogram not only analyzes your tachograph data to make it easy to understand, but it also securely stores your original driver card files in one place — so you can so you can get your data whenever you need.

For Company accounts

Admins and managers

To access your driver card files:

  1. Open the Drivers module.
    ​

  2. Find and click on a driver's name to open their page.

  3. Go to the section 'Files'

  4. Select the time period you want to retrieve files for. You can search using:

    1. the file "upload date" - when the file was uploaded to Tachogram

    2. the file "download date" - when the file was downloaded from the card

  5. Click the 'Download' button on the right side of the file you want to download

Driver users

To access your driver card files:

  1. Open the module 'Tachograph data'

  2. Go to the section 'Files'

  3. Select the time period you want to retrieve files for. You can search using:

    1. the file "upload date" - when the file was uploaded to Tachogram

    2. the file "download date" - when the file was downloaded from the card

  4. Click the 'Download' button on the right side of the file you want to download
