Night hours
Tachogram allows you to set the time period that is considered 'night working hours' based on the labor rules in the country where your company operates.
These hours are automatically included in your working hours reports and are set with a 24-hour time format.
To customize the night times for your reports:
Open the section
Settings ➡ Report configurationChoose the "night start" time and the "night end" time
Click the button 'Save Changes'
Evening hours
You can also activate the 'evening time' setting. When this option is turned on, evening hours will be shown separately in several key reports, such as—work time summary per driver, work time summary per driver in weeks, work time monthly summary for all drivers.
To customize evening times for your reports:
Go to
Settings ➡ Report configurationIn the section 'Night times configuration' check "Turn on evening time configuration"
Choose the "evening start" time and the "evening end" time
Click the button 'Save Changes'.
Treshold values
Both evening and night settings have a threshold value that lets you decide how to handle very short periods of night or evening work.
If a driver works for less time than the limit you set, Tachogram will simply count those minutes as regular daytime work instead.
