How to download driver card files from Tachogram — for personal accounts

If you need a copy of your tachograph card files for your records, Tachogram makes it simple to download them at any time. Tachogram securely stores your original driver card files in one place — so you can access and download them whenever you need.

Download individual files

To find your tachograph files:

  1. Go to the Reports module

  2. Select the categoryFiles and open the report 'File archive'.
    ​

  3. Select the date range for the files.
    ​

  4. Click on 'View Report'.
    ​

  5. Find the file you need and click the "Download" button on the right side of it.
    ​

Download all files (bulk)

To find your tachograph files:

  1. Go to the Reports module

  2. Select the categoryFiles and open the report 'File archive'
    ​

  3. Select the date range for the files you want to download.
    ​

  4. Click on 'View Report'.
    ​

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
    ​

  6. Click "Download All (ZIP)".
    ​

This will download one ZIP file to your computer which will contain all tachograph files for the selected period, organized into folders.
