The driver's Activities section gives you a clear visual overview of a driver’s activities over time and it contains what is also often called the Activity graph.
By visually displaying driving, work, rest, and related events on a single timeline, the graph makes it easy to understand how a driver’s time is spent, check compliance with rules, and quickly spot unusual patterns or potential issues—without needing to review raw data.
📘The driver's activities graph can be found:
Personal account: Tachograph data → Activities
Company acct. driver user: Tachograph data → Activities
Company acct. admin and manager: Drivers → select a driver → Activities
Features
Filter by date range
You can select a specific date range to display only the period you want to review. This makes it easier to focus on a particular week, several days, or a custom timeframe without distractions.
The calendar will also show the week number, helping you quickly understand which work week you are reviewing and making it easier to match the data with schedules, reports, or legal time limits.
View activities by weeks or days
View your driver's activity by weeks or by days to match what you need to check.
This flexibility makes it easier to review data quickly, investigate specific days, and spot issues without unnecessary scrolling or filtering.
View color and icon meanings
You can open the Legend tab at the bottom at any time to see what each color and icon on the graph represents. This helps you quickly understand activities, events, and markings without guessing.
Quickly identify compliance risks
The Activities section helps you spot potential issues before they become serious problems. By seeing driving time, rest periods, events, and infringements together on one timeline, you can quickly identify missing rests, extended driving, unusual gaps, or rule violations. This makes it easier to take action early and reduce the risk of fines or penalties.
Understand driver work patterns at a glance
The visual layout makes it easy to see how a driver’s time is structured throughout the day or week. You can identify busy periods, long shifts, frequent reduced rests, or irregular schedules in seconds. This helps you make better planning decisions, improve workload balance, and support safer, more efficient operations.
