How do the "Manager Dashboard" blocks work?

👤 Available for:
• Company account - admin and manager users

Company accounts' admin and manager users — will see these the main overview blocks (Tachogram Manager Dashboard) at the top of their Dashboard.

These blocks are designed to give company account users a quick snapshot of important compliance areas, such as driver cards, downloads, and vehicle requirements.

With these, you can spot risks early, take action on time, and keep your drivers and vehicles compliant with less effort.

Driver Card Expirations

This block gives you a clear overview of the status of all driver cards, showing how many driver cards are up to date, due to expire soon, or already expired. The visual summary helps you quickly understand the overall situation and spot any upcoming risks.

When you click “View more”, a window opens with a detailed list of drivers and how many days remain until their cards expire, as well as the exact expiration date, making it easier to plan renewals on time and avoid unexpected disruptions.

Driver downloads

This block shows the current status of driver card downloads across all drivers. It helps you see which downloads are overdue, due soon, or recently completed, giving you a quick view of whether driver data is being collected on time.

Clicking “View more” opens the Driver downloads status report.

This report shows each driver’s name, group, birthday, and how many days have passed since the last download, making it easy to identify drivers who need a new download and follow up before deadlines are missed.

Vehicle downloads

This block shows the status of vehicle data downloads for your fleet. It highlights which vehicle downloads are overdue, due soon, or recently completed, helping you quickly check if vehicle data is being collected on time.

When you click “View more”, the Vehicle downloads status report opens.

This report shows each vehicle’s registration number, VIN, and how many days have passed since the last download, making it easy to spot vehicles that need attention and schedule downloads on time.

Vehicle Calibrations
