👥 Intended for:
• Company account - admin and manager users
✅ Driver users (company account) and Personal accounts have a different Dashboard, designed for individual drivers.
This Dashboard module — for company accounts (admin and manager users) — gives a clear, high-level overview of what matters most across all drivers and vehicles.
It highlights key compliance areas such as downloads, expirations, calibrations, infringements, and driver risk, all in one place. This dashboard helps you quickly spot issues, prioritize actions, and stay in control of fleet compliance.
Features
Tachogram Manager Dashboard
You can quickly see the status of driver card expirations, driver card downloads, vehicle downloads, and vehicle calibrations, with each block showing what is overdue, due soon, or already up to date. The visual indicators help you spot risks immediately and prioritize actions before they become a problem.
With a single click on “View more”, you can open the full list and take action, making it easier to stay organized, compliant, and in control of your fleet.
Driver infrigments graph
This section gives you a clear visual summary of driver infringements over time, helping you spot patterns and risk trends at a glance. Infringements are grouped by severity level and displayed week by week, so you can easily see when issues increase, decrease, or stay under control.
The date range and filters at the top let you focus on a specific period or type of infringement, making it easier to review performance, identify recurring problems, and take action early to improve compliance and reduce risk.
Driver risk score summary
This section shows a driver risk score overview, helping you quickly identify which drivers may need attention.
Each row combines the driver’s risk score, the number of infringements by severity, and an estimated potential fine, all in one place. The score reflects how infringement patterns change over time, making it easy to see whether a driver’s risk is increasing or decreasing compared to the previous period.
This overview helps managers prioritize follow-ups, focus on higher-risk drivers, and take preventive action before issues turn into higher costs or serious compliance problems.
🔔 The potential fine will appear only if you have chosen a legislation in Settings -> Report Configuration, on which calculations are based on.
Last driver file uploads
This section shows the last five driver file uploads, giving you quick visibility into the most recent data added to the system.
For each upload, you can see which driver uploaded the file, the infringements detected in that file, and the exact date and time of the upload.
This makes it easy to confirm that downloads are happening as expected, spot new issues early, and quickly follow up if a recent file shows potential compliance risks.
