How to download driver and vehicle files from Tachogram — company managers

Managing your fleet means keeping track of a lot of data. Sometimes, you need to find and download original tachograph (DDD) files—perhaps for a roadside inspection, a company audit, or simply to keep your own secure backups.

While Tachogram analyzes this data for you, we also store the original files safely in one place so you can access them whenever you need.

Download individual files

To access your tachograph (DDD) files:

  1. Go to the Reports module

  2. Select the category Files and open the report 'DDD archive'

  3. Select the date range for the files you want to download, then click on 'View Report'

    • For driver files:
      ​

      1. Go under the “Driver files” heading on the list
        ​

      2. Find the driver’s name
        ​

      3. Click the 'Download' button on the right side
        ​

    • For vehicle files:
      ​

      1. Scroll down to the “Vehicle files” heading on the list
        ​

      2. Find the vehicle’s name
        ​

      3. Click the 'Download' button on the right side
        ​

This will download the files for that driver or vehicle, during the selected time period.

Download all files (bulk)

To download all driver and vehicle files at once:

  1. Go to the Reports module
    ​

  2. Select the category Files and open the report 'DDD archive'
    ​

  3. Select the date range for the files you want to download, then click on 'View Report'

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  5. Click 'Download All (ZIP)'

This will download one ZIP file to your computer which will contain all tachograph files for the selected period, organized into folders.
