Features

Catch gaps before they become a problem

Every unknown period for a driver is listed together, with the start, end, and duration already worked out for you. That means you can spot gaps early and deal with them while they're still easy to fix, instead of finding out about them later, once they've already turned into an infringement.

See every unknown period in one place

Each driver's unknown periods are listed together, with the start, end, and duration already calculated for you. This makes it easy to spot gaps at a glance, instead of digging through raw tachograph data.

Set the correct activity for any gap

Open a period and choose what the driver was actually doing, whether that's rest, availability, work, or driving. This fills in the missing context so Tachogram can calculate the data correctly.

Add notes for extra context

Alongside the activity type, you can add a note to explain the situation. This keeps a clear record for anyone reviewing the data later, whether that's you, another manager, or an inspector.

Stay reminded about compliance on the road

Every edit comes with a reminder that changes made in Tachogram update your records, but not the data on the road. It also flags when a printout is needed, so you know exactly what to carry with you and for how long.

Keep everything organized by driver

Each driver's unknown periods are shown under their name and birth date, so you always know whose record you're looking at, even when reviewing several drivers back to back.

Set the correct activity for any gap

Choose what the driver was actually doing during an unknown period, whether that's rest, availability, work, or driving. This keeps your tachograph data accurate, so your working time and driving calculations reflect reality instead of leaving a gap.

Add notes to explain the situation

Alongside the activity type, you can add a note with more detail. This builds a clear record you or your team can rely on later, whether that's for an internal review or if the data is ever questioned.

See the data that's relevant to you

If you're a manager or admin, you get a full view of unknown periods across every driver in your company account, so you can oversee the whole fleet from one place.

  • Drivers → select a driver → Unknown periods

If you're logged in as a driver or a personal account, you see your own unknown periods, giving you a clear, personal view of your own records.

See at a glance which periods still need action

The state of each period is shown right in the list, so you can tell which ones are still unresolved and which have already been updated. This lets you prioritize what needs your attention without opening every single entry.
