Users can also click on a vehicle's registration number to open a vehicle's page, where they can access more detailed information, activity data, and vehicle-specific settings.

Here, they can quickly access key vehicle information, including the VIN, registration number, tachograph model, and the next scheduled tachograph calibration date, helping ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.

It serves as the main hub for vehicle profiles, allowing users to quickly identify vehicles, verify important details, and stay informed about key compliance-related information.

Quickly view the installed tachograph version and the next scheduled calibration date, making it easier to monitor compliance requirements, plan maintenance activities, and ensure vehicles remain road-ready.

By clicking on a vehicle’s registration number, users can open that vehicle’s dedicated page.

This page brings together different sections related to the selected vehicle, including Activities, harsh braking and overspeeding events, faults, calibration, locking information, control activity data, files, and more.

It gives users a deeper view of the vehicle’s data and history all in one place.

Admin users (from a company account) can use the checkboxes next to each vehicle to select multiple vehicles at once and perform actions in bulk.

This makes it easy to add vehicles to groups for better fleet organization, or to quickly deactivate several vehicles simultaneously, saving time and reducing the need to update each vehicle individually.

Quickly find the vehicles you need using the available search bars. You can search the vehicle list by registration number, VIN, or tachograph model, making it easy to locate specific vehicles within large fleets.

You can also sort the list by key columns, such as registration number, Group, VIN, and next calibration date, helping you organize vehicle data and find important information more efficiently.

Enable the List deactivated vehicles checkbox when you need the vehicle list to include vehicles that are no longer active. This helps you access past fleet records, review historical vehicle information, and keep both active and deactivated vehicles visible when needed.
