To send Letters through the Swiss Post Label Printer app you will need to have a Swiss Post Account and have your Customer ID & Password. In this section we will show you how to get both needed information.

Click on this Link.
Create your Swiss Post Login by clicking on Register.
Click on Online services.
Search for WebStamp and click Start.
In the right column, click on Webstamp Settings (or Webstamp Einstellungen, depending on the language).
Click on Webservice Webstamp.
Create a Password
Copy your Customer ID and Password to use them in the Swiss Post Label Printer app.
⚠️ Tip: If you get an error saying that your login details are invalid, try swapping your Customer ID and Password - sometimes the fields are assigned incorrectly.
